Coats MAXX 80 Rim Clamp Tire Changer with Robo-Arm® and RoboRoller®
The Coats MAXX 80 is a high-production rim-clamp tire changer built for demanding passenger-car and light-truck service. It combines a rugged swing-arm design with the Robo-Arm® bead depressor, RoboRoller® helper system, dual bead-loosener controls, Grip Max 2.0 clamps, and a high-pressure dual-nozzle bead sealer to give technicians greater control over standard and difficult tire assemblies.
Designed for relentless shop use, the MAXX 80 services externally clamped rims from 6 to 24 inches, tires up to 50 inches in diameter, and rims up to 16 inches wide. Multiple electric and air-drive configurations allow the machine to match the shop's available utilities and preferred operating style, while selected configurations add a factory-installed wheel lift for heavy assemblies.
Built for High-Volume Tire Service
- Two helper systems: Robo-Arm® and RoboRoller® keep difficult beads controlled and positioned in the drop center.
- Flexible bead loosening: Hand and foot controls let the technician choose speed or added finesse for the application.
- Protected clamping: Grip Max 2.0 clamps use integrated protective surfaces to reduce metal-to-metal contact with the rim.
- Multiple drive choices: Select 110V electric, 220V electric, 220V two-speed electric, or air drive, with wheel-lift packages available.
