Hofmann monty® 8800P smartSpeed™ All-In-One Tire Changer
Designed for high-volume tire service, the Hofmann monty® 8800P combines the productivity of a tabletop machine with the wheel protection and control of a center-post, leverless tire changer. It is especially capable with low-profile, ultra-high-performance, run-flat, and high-aspect-ratio tires.
The integrated wheel lift, synchronized dynamic bead-breaker disks, on-floor bead breaker, top-side bead seater, pneumatic bead pusher, and lower-bead camera give technicians a complete workstation for challenging tire service. smartSpeed™ automatically balances rotational speed and torque, while powerMONT™ and quickLOK™ simplify mounting, demounting, and wheel clamping.
High-Volume Capability with Integrated Wheel Protection
- Leverless operation: powerMONT™ helps mount and demount demanding tires without a conventional tire lever.
- Complete bead-breaking system: Synchronized dual disks work alongside a pedal-operated on-floor bead breaker.
- Clear lower-bead visibility: An integrated camera displays the lower bead area at the control panel.
- Reduced lifting effort: The pedal-operated pneumatic wheel lift handles wheel assemblies weighing up to 154 pounds.
