Welcome to DTY Tire Supply. These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from DTY Tire Supply, Inc. (“DTY Tire Supply,” “DTY,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including purchases made through our website, by phone, through an invoice or quotation, or through other authorized DTY Tire Supply sales channels.
By placing an order with DTY Tire Supply, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Orders & Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to product availability, payment authorization, pricing verification, and acceptance by DTY Tire Supply.
An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
DTY Tire Supply reserves the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or modify an order when reasonably necessary, including because of product availability, incorrect pricing or product information, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, supplier availability, or other errors that prevent the order from being fulfilled as submitted.
If payment has already been collected for an order that DTY Tire Supply subsequently cancels, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Product Availability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product availability information. However, availability displayed on our website is not guaranteed.
Certain products may be shipped or supplied from manufacturers, distributors, or other fulfillment locations. Manufacturer delays, backorders, discontinued products, and other circumstances may affect availability.
If an item cannot be supplied as ordered, we may contact you regarding a backorder, substitute product, partial shipment, revised delivery estimate, or cancellation.
Pricing & Product Information
DTY Tire Supply makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, photographs, compatibility information, pricing, and other product information.
Errors and manufacturer changes may occasionally occur. DTY Tire Supply reserves the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, specifications, descriptions, and other inaccuracies without prior notice.
If an item is listed at an incorrect price or contains materially incorrect information, DTY Tire Supply may cancel or modify the affected order. Amounts already collected for canceled merchandise will be refunded.
Product photographs are provided for reference. Packaging, labeling, appearance, accessories, specifications, and product design may change at the manufacturer's discretion.
Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is appropriate for their intended application before installation or use.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of purchase unless DTY Tire Supply has approved other payment or commercial credit terms.
Available payment methods may vary depending on the customer, order value, transaction, and sales channel.
By providing a payment method, the purchaser represents that they are authorized to use that payment method.
Orders may be held while payment, billing, or account information is verified.
Customers with approved commercial credit terms are responsible for payment according to the terms stated on their invoice or account agreement.
Sales Tax & Tax-Exempt Purchases
Applicable sales tax will be collected as required by law.
Customers claiming a resale or other sales-tax exemption must provide valid exemption documentation as required by applicable law.
Providing a tax identification number alone does not necessarily qualify a purchase for tax exemption.
DTY Tire Supply may request additional documentation before approving or maintaining tax-exempt purchasing privileges.
Shipping
DTY Tire Supply ships eligible merchandise throughout the United States.
Available shipping methods may vary based on the product's size, weight, destination, availability, and other shipping requirements.
Small and medium-sized orders may be shipped by UPS or another parcel carrier. Large, heavy, palletized, or oversized products may require commercial freight service.
Shipping charges displayed during checkout are estimates based on the information available at the time of purchase. Certain oversized, remote, residential, limited-access, or freight shipments may require additional charges.
If a significant shipping adjustment is necessary, DTY Tire Supply may contact the customer before shipment.
Processing & Delivery Times
Processing and delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly confirmed by DTY Tire Supply.
Carrier delays, weather, holidays, manufacturer delays, freight-terminal delays, supply interruptions, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Customers requiring merchandise by a particular date should contact DTY Tire Supply before ordering.
Freight & Large Equipment
Tire changers, wheel balancers, automotive lifts, alignment systems, ADAS equipment, compressors, jacks, and other heavy or oversized merchandise may ship by LTL or another commercial freight service.
Unless specifically included in the order, quoted freight charges may not include additional services such as liftgate service, residential delivery, limited-access delivery, inside delivery, appointments, storage, redelivery, or other carrier accessorial services.
Commercial freight delivery may require the receiving party to have appropriate equipment or personnel available to unload the shipment.
Customers should inform DTY Tire Supply before shipment if a liftgate or other special delivery service is required.
Additional carrier charges caused by incorrect delivery information, missed appointments, redelivery, storage, or services requested after shipment may be charged to the customer.
Inspecting Deliveries & Freight Damage
Customers should inspect merchandise promptly after delivery.
Freight shipments should be inspected carefully before the delivery receipt is signed.
Visible damage should be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt whenever reasonably possible. Customers should photograph damaged merchandise and packaging and retain all packaging materials while a claim is being resolved.
Damage, shortages, incorrect merchandise, or other shipping discrepancies should be reported to DTY Tire Supply within 7 days of delivery.
Failure to promptly report shipping damage may affect our ability to pursue a carrier claim.
DFW Local Delivery
DTY Tire Supply may offer local delivery to qualifying customers within portions of the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
Availability, delivery schedules, route frequency, minimum order requirements, and applicable charges may vary according to customer location and order.
Requested delivery dates or routes are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by DTY Tire Supply.
Certain oversized equipment and special orders may not qualify for standard local delivery.
Will-Call / Local Pickup
Eligible orders may be available for customer pickup when will-call service is offered.
Customers should wait until DTY Tire Supply confirms that an order is ready before arriving for pickup.
Identification, an order confirmation, invoice, or other verification may be required before merchandise is released.
Pickup availability and hours may vary.
Returns
Most eligible unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a standard return, merchandise must generally be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- Unaltered and unmodified
- Unregistered and unactivated
- In new and resalable condition
- In the original packaging
- Complete with originally supplied accessories, manuals, hardware, and components
Proof of purchase may be required.
Return authorization must be obtained from DTY Tire Supply before merchandise is shipped back.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Restocking Fees
Eligible returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
Manufacturer, supplier, special-order, and equipment returns may be subject to different or additional restocking or cancellation charges.
Restocking fees generally do not apply when a return results from an incorrect product shipped by DTY Tire Supply or another error for which DTY Tire Supply is responsible.
Return Shipping & Refunds
Unless a return results from an error by DTY Tire Supply or an approved damaged or defective merchandise claim, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
Original shipping, freight, expedited delivery, liftgate, and other transportation charges are generally non-refundable.
Returned merchandise should be appropriately packaged and, when appropriate, shipped using a trackable and insured service.
Once returned merchandise has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Applicable restocking fees, shipping charges, manufacturer charges, missing-component charges, or other authorized deductions may be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
Eligible merchandise may be exchanged within the applicable return period.
Products submitted for exchange must satisfy the same eligibility requirements as returned products.
Customers are responsible for applicable price differences and shipping charges.
DTY Tire Supply may process an exchange as a return followed by a new order.
Non-Returnable Products
Certain products are not eligible for standard returns. These may include:
- Special-order or custom-order products
- Products identified as Final Sale
- Used, installed, mounted, altered, or modified products
- Opened chemicals, cements, sealants, adhesives, lubricants, and similar consumables
- Registered, activated, or programmed electronic equipment
- Activated software, licenses, or subscriptions
- Products missing original components, accessories, or packaging
- Clearance or discontinued merchandise specifically identified as Final Sale
- Products designated as non-returnable by the manufacturer or supplier
Additional product- or manufacturer-specific restrictions may apply.
Tire Equipment & Machinery
Tire changers, wheel balancers, automotive lifts, alignment equipment, ADAS equipment, compressors, and other commercial machinery may be subject to additional return restrictions.
Equipment that has been assembled, installed, registered, activated, used, or placed into service is generally not eligible for a standard return. Defective equipment may instead qualify for manufacturer warranty service.
Returns of new and unopened equipment require prior authorization and may be subject to manufacturer approval, freight charges, and manufacturer or supplier restocking fees.
Certain equipment may have a return period shorter than the standard 30-day period. Product-specific terms disclosed on the product page, quotation, invoice, or before purchase take precedence over the general return policy.
Special Orders
Products ordered specifically for a customer that DTY Tire Supply does not normally stock may be considered Special Order merchandise.
Special orders may become non-cancelable and non-returnable once DTY Tire Supply commits the order to the manufacturer or supplier.
When cancellation or return is permitted, manufacturer cancellation charges, freight expenses, or restocking fees may apply.
Any special-order terms disclosed on the applicable product page, quotation, invoice, or before purchase take precedence over these general terms.
Manufacturer Warranties
Many products sold by DTY Tire Supply are covered by warranties provided by their respective manufacturers.
Warranty duration, eligibility, coverage, exclusions, procedures, and remedies are determined by the manufacturer.
DTY Tire Supply will assist customers with determining the appropriate warranty process when reasonably possible. Final warranty determinations may be made by the manufacturer.
Manufacturer warranties generally do not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper maintenance, accidents, or use outside the manufacturer's specifications.
Electronics, Diagnostic Tools & Software
TPMS tools, scan tools, diagnostic equipment, programming devices, electronic equipment, and similar products may have manufacturer registration, activation, licensing, or subscription requirements.
Once a product has been registered, activated, programmed, licensed, or used, it may no longer qualify for a standard return.
Defective products may instead be handled through the applicable manufacturer warranty.
Customers should confirm compatibility and requirements before registering or activating equipment.
Order Cancellations
Orders may generally be canceled before processing or shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it generally cannot be canceled and must instead follow the applicable return procedure.
Special-order, custom-order, manufacturer-direct, drop-shipped, and equipment orders may become non-cancelable after DTY Tire Supply commits the order to a supplier.
Applicable manufacturer cancellation charges, freight expenses, or restocking fees may be deducted from a refund.
Trademarks & Manufacturer Information
Manufacturer names, trademarks, logos, product names, part numbers, and other intellectual property displayed by DTY Tire Supply remain the property of their respective owners.
Reference to a manufacturer or trademark does not imply ownership of that trademark by DTY Tire Supply.
Product information may be based partly on information provided by manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors.
Website Use
Customers may use the DTY Tire Supply website for lawful purposes, including shopping, product research, account management, and communicating with DTY Tire Supply.
Original DTY Tire Supply website content, branding, graphics, text, and other proprietary materials may not be commercially reproduced or redistributed without permission.
Use of our website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services
Our website and business operations may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, manufacturers, financing providers, software services, and other websites.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies.
DTY Tire Supply is not responsible for the independent content or practices of unaffiliated third-party websites or services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DTY Tire Supply will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, transportation, installation, use, inability to use, or performance of products sold by DTY Tire Supply.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and transactions with DTY Tire Supply are governed by applicable laws of the State of Texas, except where applicable federal law or other controlling law requires otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
DTY Tire Supply may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
Changes become effective when revised terms are published on our website unless otherwise stated.
Terms applicable to an order are generally those in effect when the order is placed, subject to additional product- or transaction-specific terms disclosed before purchase.
