Constructed with black vulcanizing gum and a white backing, the 13-381 features a 1-5/8 inch (42 mm) round repair patch with an integrated 5/32 inch (4 mm) stem and a metal quill for easy installation through the tire injury. It is intended to permanently repair punctures up to 1/8 inch (3 mm) in the tread area of repairable passenger, light truck, and commercial truck tires when installed using chemical vulcanization.
