The 2" Vented Contour Cup Rasp is a professional tire repair tool designed for efficient rubber buffing and surface preparation. Constructed with a durable tungsten carbide cutting surface, the contoured cup design follows curved tire surfaces and innerliners for controlled material removal during repair preparation.
Available in 36-grit and 60-grit options, technicians can select the cutting surface best suited to the job. The 36-grit option provides a more aggressive cut for faster rubber removal and initial surface preparation, while the 60-grit option provides a finer, more controlled finish for detailed buffing and repair-area preparation.
The vented design promotes airflow through the rasp during operation, helping reduce heat buildup, rubber burning, and glazing. A 3/8"-24 mounting connection with nut allows installation on compatible low-speed tire buffers.
